GMBL’s Spring 2026 Picture Day

LOCATION:   Jennie Dean Elementary School, 9601 Prince William St, Manassas VA

· Pictures are held RAIN or SHINE

· Common grassy area just in front of the School (Sunshine Day)

· Cafeteria / Gym inclement weather (No Cleats inside Gym please)

· Please keep children from climbing on the Jennie Dean Manassas Industrial School Memorial located nearby.   It can be visited, but with respect.

OLSON’s Improved Online Ordering – GMBL Picture Day Process:

All orders must be placed online through Olson’s Web Site before your Child’s Picture Time.  Check and cash payments will no longer be accepted.

· No account creation is required.

· Multiple children can now be added to the same order for your convenience.

· You will receive separate order numbers for each child, even if they are placed in the same transaction.   Confirmation information will be provided via Email after completing your order.

· Orders should be placed prior to or on picture day. Orders placed after picture day will incur additional processing fees.

· Order number generated by child must be written on the photo slip (provided at the shoot) and given to the photographer when the child’s picture is taken.

**  Purchases are never mandatory, this is a league fundraiser and please show up for your Team to make nice pictures for everyone and our wonderful Team Sponsors for the plaques we give them!

PICTURE DELIVERY (ATTENTION MANAGERS) – Olson’s will confirm your proper Home Mailing Address, as your team’s Picture orders will be mailed directly to you.  You will then distribute them to your team.  You will likely receive them in about a week following Picture Day.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:   Please check with your Manager for your Pictures, they will receive them for the entire team.  If you have an issue with a purchased Picture Pack, please contact Olson’s Photography directly for resolution.   This is rare, but with so many players, there can be occasional issues.   They have amazing customer service and will work with you directly.

PICTURE DAY SCHEDULE  please adhere to times for your team to keep players and schedules aligned with Game times.   Coaches – even if you cannot attend, remind and encourage your team players to still attend.

PICTURE PROPS:  Players are recommended to bring their own Props for Pictures - Bat, Ball, Glove or Catchers Equipment.  Please be Creative and have fun with this!

Players/Coaches come dressed in Full Game Day attire for Pictures

TEAM PICTURES will be TRADITIONAL Style Team Format.  Please depart the picture area immediately after your individual picture is taken.
